The Library, located in The Dining Room, provides an environment of relaxed luxury with a balcony overlooking the marina, a lounge area and state-of-the-art karaoke facilities. The Dining Room and The Library are projects completed by the well-known interior design company Super Potato. The Library is suitable for private gatherings and an exclusive Chef's table is also available.
Executive Chef
Executive Chef Massimo Pasquarelli is Italian and a protégé of Alain Ducasse. He began his career in 1997 as Chef de Partie at Hotel Eden’s La Terrazza dell’Elden in Rome. Prior to joining the Club, he has had great international exposure with the Groupe Alain Ducasse and Bar Bœuf & Co. in Monte Carlo, Hôtel Plaza Athénée and Jules Verne Tour Eiffel in Paris, Spoon+ Sanderson in London, Mix in New York, L’Andana in Tuscany, Beige Tokyo and Le Comptoir de Benoit in Osaka.
